「Sign in」目前 nav 有顯示，但指向不明。建議拆分：供給端 → 「List your programme」；一般訪客不需要 Sign in。
「Start a partnership →」現在太模糊，供給端和需求端的合作意義完全不同，應該在進入前分流。
/framework/ 是否需要獨立頁？目前首頁 section 足夠，但若要獲得政府補助/國際機構評選，獨立頁的可信度更高。

Hospital detail 頁的優先級 — 這是供給端機構最在乎的頁面，建議優先建立 mockup。
